About the Artist

Keek Bielby is a representational oil painter specializing in still life, landscapes, barns, and animals. A lifelong artist, she now dedicates time each day to her craft, continually refining her skills and exploring new inspirations.   Most recently, she has been sourcing and painting on vintage, silver platters and bowls.

She spends her winters in Tucson, Arizona, painting in her studio with a stunning view of the Catalina Mountains. In the spring, summer, and fall, she resides along the banks of the Saint Joseph River and paints at Rivertown Gallery & Studio in historic Buchanan, Michigan.

Over the years, Keek has studied with several renowned artists, most notably Brenda Semanick of Southern Arizona, who mentored her for nearly a decade. She has also been guided by highly regarded artists such as Phil Starke, Qiang Huang, Sarah Webber, Derek Penix, Linda Glover Gooch, Lori Putnam,  Kevin Macpherson and Linda Ahern.
